How sad about your home fire :(
How wonderful to have a litte piece to cherish and it looks so great sitting above your fireplace.

    Hi Stephanie-

So sad to know you had a home burn to the ground, but what a nice way to remember what you once had. By placing the N on the back of the framed art and mounting above your fireplace you now have a way to look forward to your new life you are making in your new home. I loved reading about how the worker found it – that was very insightful of him to think you may want it.
Thanks for giving me a mention. It makes me smile that I inspired you. It really makes blogging so worthwhile.
    My best – Diane

Thanks Diane, I didn’t want this post to be sad, but felt I needed to give a little insight on how it all came about. It means so much to me to have a special place for my “n” Your idea of inexpensive art was the key to making it happen. Thanks for stopping by!

That picture of your house makes my stomach ache! That is something I hope I never have to go through!! I’m so sorry, but your new house is SOOO pretty! You know I love it, especially that wine cellar! Makes my taste buds want wine =)

So sorry about your previous home. Your new home, however, looks spectacular. I am seriously loving your fireplace area… especially the fixtures and corbels.
