Oh, Stephanie! First of all, your outdoor space is breath-taking. Just gorgeous. Those chairs for $7/each were such a great find and they look so good painted with their new seat covers. Well I love everything but I am sorry the view had me distracted a bit! I hate you… Not really but you know! I love the house, the yard, the view, everything so elegant! BAH one day =)
